The return of a copy of the resolution of 16 June 1999 addressed to the President, JGB Associates, Inc., petitioner, at JGB Bldg., 1651 Dian St., Makati City, which was unserved with notation "Moved Out (Unreadable)," is NOTED. The resolution of 18 November 1998 which was returned unserved on petitioner's counsel due to reasons "unclaimed" and "no longer holding office at [his] address" is deemed SERVED on said party by substituted services pursuant to Section 8, Rule 13 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended.
