The copy of respondents' reply to opposition to the motion to lift/quash/dissolve writ of execution filed before the Regional Arbitration Branch No. V of the National Labor Relations Commission in Legaspi City is NOTED WITHOUT ACTION, petitioner's motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 18 November 1998 which dismissed the petition for certiorari having been denied with finality in the resolution of 22 February 1999 for lack of compelling reason to warrant the reconsideration sought and the petition for relief from judgment which was treated as a second motion for reconsideration of aforesaid resolution of 18 November 1998 denied in the resolution of 21 June 1999 pursuant to Section 2, Rule 52 in relation to Section 2, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended.
