Batasan Road, 1126 Quezon City, are NOTED WITHOUT ACTION, the petition for review on certiorari having been denied in the resolution of 9 December 1998 and petitioner's motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 24 March 1999 which denied with finality his motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 09 December 1998 denied in the resolution of 07 July 1999 for lack of merit and pursuant to Section 2, Rule 52 in relation to Section 4, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended.
