Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated SEPT 27 1999.

G.R. Nos. 136074-75 (ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation vs. Confield Construction and Development Corporation.)

The motion of petitioner for leave to file second motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 8 February which denied the petition for review on certiorari is DENIED for lack of merit and pursuant to Section 2, Rule 52, in relation to Section 4, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended. Accordingly, aforesaid second motion for reconsideration is NOTED WITHOUT ACTION.

The copy of the resolution of 8 February 1999 addressed to Roco Navera and Miguel Law Offices, counsel for private respondent, at Suite 5015 Madison Square Condominium, 2574 Taft Avenue, Malate, 1004, Manila, which was returned to this Court unserved with notation "Unclaimed," is deemed SERVED on said counsel by substituted service pursuant to Section 8, Rule 13 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended.
