Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated SEPT 27 1999.

G.R. No. 136268 (Ramon Cereno and Estella Cereno vs. Jesus Mirandilla and Emerenciana Mirandilla, et al.)

The motion of petitioners for leave to file second motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 24 February 1999 which denied the petition for review on certiorari and of 21 June 1999 which denied with finality petitioners' motion for reconsideration of aforesaid resolution of 24 February 1999 is DENIED pursuant to Section 2, Rule 52, in relation to Section 4, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended. Moreover, the Court has declared in the resolution of 9 August 1999 that no further pleadings or motions shall be entertained and directed that entry of final judgment be made in due course. Accordingly, aforesaid second motion for reconsideration is NOTED WITHOUT ACTION.

The letter of respondent Emerenciana Mirandilla dated 17 June 1999 requesting the expeditious resolution of this case, referred to this Court for appropriate action by the Office of the Court Administrator in its First Indorsement dated 27 July 1999 is NOTED.
