Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated SEPT 27 1999.

G.R. No. 137020 (Security Bank Corporation vs. Philippines Clearing House Corporation.)

The motion of petitioner for leave to file second motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 14 April 1999 which denied the petition for review on certiorari and petitioner's application for a temporary restraining order or writ of preliminary injunction and of the resolution of 30 June 1999 which denied with finality petitioner's motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 14 April 1999 is DENIED pursuant to Section 2, Rule 52, in relation to Section 4, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended.

Accordingly, aforesaid second motion for reconsideration is NOTED WITHOUT ACTION.
