Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated SEPT 13 1999.

G.R. No. 137183 (Spouses Rogelio Ceniza and Perla Ceniza vs. Benhur and Reynaldo Rosales, et al.)

Acting on the motion of petitioners for reconsideration of the resolution of 17 May 1999 which denied the petition for review on certiorari for late filing and lack of certification on non-forum shopping duly executed by petitioners themselves, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the same with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.

The Court further RESOLVES to AMEND the resolution of 19 July 1999 to read as follows:

"Acting on the motion of petitioners for reconsideration of the resolution of 3 March 1999 which denied their motion for extension of thirty (30) days within which to file petition for review on certiorari for failure to submit a properly accomplished affidavit of service of copies of the petition on respondents and the Court of Appeals, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the motion with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought."
