Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this court dated SEPT 8 1999.

G.R. No. 137328 (Elmer A. Juinio vs. Nerissa G. Laping a.k.a. Rizza Lao.)

Acting on the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of 21 June 1999, which denied the petition for review on certiorari for late filing and petitioner's failure to state the material dates of receipt of the questioned decision of the Court of Appeals as well as the denial of the motion for reconsideration of said decision, and to submit a certification against forum shopping duly executed by petitioner himself, and likewise denied with finality petitioner's motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 10 March 1999 denying his motion for extension of time to file the petition, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the motion with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
