G.R. No. 137485 (Spouses Alfredo Magat and Elvira Magat, represented by Maria D. Magat vs. Esperanza Bautista, et al.)

The motion of petitioners for leave to file second motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 28 June 1999 which denied the petition for review on certiorari and petitioners' motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 24 March 1999 denying the motion for extension of time to file petition is DENIED pursuant to Section 2, Rule 52, in relation to Section 4, Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended.

Accordingly, aforesaid second motion for reconsideration is NOTED WITHOUT ACTION.
