Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated SEPT 29 1999.

G.R. No. 137646 (Spouses Roberto and Imelda Dumayas, et al. vs. San Buena Realty and Development Corporation.)

The Copies of the resolutions of 14 April 1999 and of 12 July 1999 both addressed to Atty. Roberto C. Bermejo, counsel for private respondent, at 14/F Philcomsen Bldg., Ortigas Center, 1605 Pasig City, which were returned to this Court unserved with notation "Moved, left no address," are deemed SERVED on Atty. Bermejo by substituted services pursuant to Section 8, Rule 13 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended, the motion of petitioners for reconsideration of the resolution of 12 July 1999 which denied the petition for review on certiorari having been denied with finality in the resolution of 18 August 1999 on the ground that the basic issues raised therein were previously duly considered and passed upon by the Court in the aforesaid resolution and no substantial argument was adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
