Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated SEPT 8 1999.

G.R. No. 138014 (R.C. Segovia Agricultural Development Company vs. Regional Executive Director, Region IV, Department of Environment and Natural Resources.)

Acting on the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of 17 May 1999 which denied its motion for certiorari for lack of a written explanation for the non-personal service on respondents and the Court of Appeals, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the motion with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought. Moreover, aforesaid petition for review on certiorari has been denied in the resolution of 14 July 1999 for late filing, non-submission of postal registry receipts as proof of mailing to respondents and the Court of Appeals as well as an explanation for such non-personal service, and of a certification against forum shopping duly signed by petitioner's representative.
