Acting on the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of 16 June 1999 which dismissed the petition for certiorari for lack of verified statement of material dates of receipt of the assailed resolution of the Ombudsman and of filing of the motion for reconsideration thereof and written explanation for the non-personal service of copies of the petition on respondents, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the motion with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
