G.R. No. 138122 (Spouses Felixberto and Dolores Besin [Alcuitas] vs. Crispulo A. Umbay.)

Acting on the motion of petitioners for reconsideration of resolution of 17 May 1999 which denied their motion for extension of time to file petition for review on certiorari for lack of proof of service of copy of the motion on the Court of Appeals, the Court RESOLVE to DENY the motion with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration the sought. Besides, the petition for review on certiorari has been denied in the resolution of 12 July 1999 for late filing.
