Acting on the motion of petitioner for reconsideration of the resolution of 12 July 1999 which denied its motion for extension of thirty (30) days within which to file petition for review on certiorari for failure to submit a duly notarized affidavit of service of copies of the motion on respondents and accordingly denied the petition for late filing, the Court RESOLVES to DENY the motion with FINALITY, no compelling reason having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
