Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this court dated SEPT 1 1999.

G.R. No. 139248 (People of the Philippines vs. Cesario Monta�ez.)

It appearing that the records of this case were forwarded to this court by the Court of Appeals in view of its decision finding accused-appellant guilty of the crime of murder and imposing upon him the penalty of reclusion perpetua, but it appearing further that said decision is still subject of a pending motion of accused-appellant for reconsideration, the Court RESOLVES to REMAND this case to the Court of Appeals for appropriate action.
