Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this court dated SEPT 1 1999.
G.R. No. 139450 (Atty. Pedro Tan vs. Nelson San Pablo.)
The motion of petitioner for
extension of thirty (30) days from 19 July 1999 within which to file petition
for review on certiorari is DENIED for petitioner's failure to pay the
amount of P500.00 as deposit for costs within the reglementary period as
provided in Sections 2 and 3, Rule 45 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as
amended, and to submit an affidavit of service of the motion on respondents on
the Court of Appeals in accordance with Section 13, Rule 13 of said Rules.
