Gentlemen:
Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated SEPT 8 1999.
G.R. No. 139468 (Robine Condino vs. Court of Appeals, et al.)
The motion of petitioner for
extension of fifteen (15) days from 30 July 1999 within which to file petition
for review on certiorari is DENIED for petitioner's failure to submit a
written explanation for the non-personal filings of the motion with this Court
in accordance with Section 13, Rule 13 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as
well as to timely pay the amount of P270.00 as balance of the deposit
for costs pursuant to Section 2 and 3, Rule 45 in relation to Section 5(c),
Rule 56 of said Rules.
Accordingly, the motion of petitioner for second extension of fifteen (15) days from 14 August 1999 within which to file petition for review on certiorari is NOTED WITHOUT ACTION.
