G.R. No. 139483 (Margaret Saspiit, heir of Ceperina Ballado and San Jose Neighborhood Association, represented by its president, Josefina Acebuche et al. vs. A & E Industrial Corporation.)

The motion of petitioners for extension of thirty (30) days from 26 August 1999 within which to file petition for review on certiorari is DENIED for petitioners' failure to serve copy of the motion on the Court of Appeals in accordance with Sections 2 and 3, Rule 45 in relation to Section 5(d), Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended.
