G.R. No. 139557 (Long Live Marketing Corporation and Michael Sy vs. Gloria Manuyag.)

The motion of petitioners for extension of thirty (30) days from 4 August 1999 within which to file petition for review on certiorari is DENIED for petitioners' failure to submit an affidavit of service of the motion on respondent executed by the party serving containing a full statement of the date, place and manner of service and a written explanation for its non-personal service on respondent in accordance with Sections 11 and 13, Rule 13 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended.
