Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated SEPT 20 1999.

G.R. No. 139562 (Leonila Nu�ez, represented by her attorney-in-fact Estrella Racho vs. Maria Luisa Lichauco.)

The motion of petitioner for extension of fifteen (15) days from 7 September 1999 within which to file petition for review on certiorari is DENIED for petitioner's failure to serve copy of the motion on respondent in accordance with Section 4, Rule 13 in relation to Section 2, Rule 45 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended.

Accordingly, the ex-parte compliance of petitioner dated 3 September 1999 with Section 2, Rule 45 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure with prayer that the attached copy of her motion for extension of time to file petition showing proof of personal service on respondents be made part of the records of the case and considered in granting the petition is NOTED WITHOUT ACTION.
