Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated SEPT 20 1999.

G.R. No. 139589 (Roger San Jose vs. Right Track Corporation.)

The motion of petitioner for extension of fifteen (15) days from 11 August 1999 within which to file petition for review on certiorari is DENIED for petitioner's failure to file the motion within the reglementary period of fifteen (15) days in accordance with Section 2, Rule 45, and to submit a written explanation for the non-personal filing of said motion with the Court in accordance with Section 11, Rule 13 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended.

Accordingly, petitioner's motion for second extension of ten (10) days from 26 August 1999 within which to file petition for review on certiorari is NOTED WITHOUT ACTION.
