G.R. No. 139593 (Felicitas P. Ong vs. The Sandiganbayan, et al.)

Acting on the petition for certiorari, prohibition and mandamus with prayer for temporary restraining order and/or writ of preliminary injunction dated 27 August 1999, the Court RESOLVES to DISMISS the petition for being premature in view of the pendency of petitioner's motion for reconsideration of the Sandiganbayan's assailed order at the time of filing of the petition.

Accordingly, the urgent motion of petitioner dated 30 August 1999 for issuance of temporary restraining order is NOTED WITHOUT ACTION.
