Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated SEPT 27 1999.

G.R. No. 139605 (Laguna Sales Corporation and/or Delfin C. Yorro, et al. vs. Conrado Infante.)

The motion of petitioners for extension of thirty (30) days from 23 July 1999 within which to file petition for certiorari is DENIED pursuant to AM 99-02-01-SC which mandates that all special civil actions arising out of any decision or final resolution or order of the National Labor Relations Commission filed after 1 June 1999 shall no longer be referred to the Court of Appeals but shall forthwith be dismissed.

Accordingly, aforesaid petition for certiorari dated 23 August 1999 is DISMISSED.
