G.R. No. 139667 (Rosalina Bauzon Rojas vs. Spouses Herminigildo Aficial and Josie Calaguio.)

The motion of petitioner for extension of thirty (30) days from 18 August 1999 within which to file petition for review on certiorari is DENIED for lack of a written explanation why the filing of the aforesaid motion was not done personally pursuant to Section 11, Rule 13 in relation to Section 5 (d), Rule 56 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended.
