Acting on complainants' petition for review on certiorari of IBP Resolution No. XIII-98-297 dismissing the instant administrative case, the Court RESOLVES to DISMISS the petition for complainants' failure to file the same within the period provided in Section 12 (c), Rule 139-B of the Rules of Court, in view of the denial of their motion for extension of time to file said petition in the resolution of 14 July 1999.
