Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JUL 12, 2000.

G.R. No. 129401. (Felipe Seville, et al. vs. National Development Company, et al.)

Considering that the Register of Deeds of Leyte was impleaded as a responded in this case but the Office of the Solicitor General has not been furnished copies of the pleadings and the Court Resolutions, the Court resolves to:

(a) DIRECT the Clerk of Court to furnish the Office of the Solicitor General copies of the petition, comment and memoranda filed in this case; and

(b) REQUIRE the Office of the Solicitor General to file its Memorandum/Comment for the State and the Register of Deeds of Leyte within twenty (20) days from receipt of this resolution and the aforecited pleadings."
