G.R. No. 138760 (People of the Philippines vs. Armando San Antonio, Jr.)

The motion of Atty. Benjamin Bargas, former counsel of accused-appellant for a fourteenth extension of twenty-five (25) days from May 29, 2001 within which to file a brief is NOTED WITHOUT ACTION, the Court having appointed Atty. Perry L. Pe as new counsel de oficio for the accused-appellant, in its resolution dated June 25, 2001. Atty. Bargas is relieved as counsel for accused-appellant in view of his failing health.
