G.R. No. 146336(Havtor Management Phils. Inc. and/or A/S Havtor Management vs. National Labor Relations Commission, et al.)

Considering the comment on the petition, petitioners are directed to (1) submit to the Court pertinent SEC documents to substantiate the allegation that Havtor Management Phil., Inc. changed its name to Bergesen D.Y. Phils., Inc., and (2) file their Reply to the Comment, explaining among other things, the discrepancy between the posting date of their motion for reconsideration of the 19^th July 2000 resolution of the Court of Appeals and the date of notarization of its verification, both within ten (10) days from notice hereof.
