Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated OCT 17 2001.

G.R. No. 145846(Spouses Oscar Badillo and Haydee Badillo vs. National HousingAuthority, et al.)

Inasmuch as the parties in this Petition are the same as those in G.R. No. 143976, and the issues therein are related, the Court RESOLVED to consolidate these two cases. Furthermore, to abbreviate proceedings and to avoid unnecessary delay, G.R. No. 143976 having already been submitted for resolution, the herein Petition is given due course and the parties are required to submit, within thirty (30) days from notice hereof, their respective MEMORANDA containing the same topics as those required by the Court in its Resolution dated December 13, 2000 in G.R. No. 143976.
