Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated 11 November 2002 :

G.R. No. 152021. (Heirs of Ernesto V. Cunahap, namely Nerre D. Gancino-Cunahap, et at. vs. Prosperator Rega�a)

Acting on respondents' Comment on the Motion for Substitution of Parties filed by the counsel of the late Prospero Re Rega�a, the Court hereby orders said counsel to submit to the Court certified true copies of the Marriage Contract between the late Prospero Rega�a and Dra. Milagros Rega�a, and the Birth Certificate of their alleged minor daughter Camila Joy Rega�a within ten (10) days from receipt of a copy of this Resolution.
