Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated FEB 19 2002.

A.M. No. 01-12-01-SC(Re:In the Matter of the Alleged Improper Conduct of Sandiganbayan Associate Justice Anacleto D. Badoy, Jr.)
Before us are the letters dated February 7, 2002 of Associate Justice Anacleto D. Badoy, Jr. of the Sandiganbayan and Atty. Emma Rosario Lorbes, Executive Clerk of Court IV of the same Court, requesting clarification whether his leave, pursuant to our Resolution dated December 11, 2001, is chargeable against his leave credits.
Justice Badoy was considered on leave only in the sense that he was not authorized to preside over the hearing of all criminal cases against former President Joseph Ejercito Estrada, et al..
The Court further Resolved to DECONSOLIDATE G.R. Nos. 149513-14 (Joseph Ejercito Estrada and Jose "Jinggoy" Estrada vs. Hon. Justice Anacleto D. Badoy, Jr., Chairman, Sandiganbayan [Third Division], People of the Philippines and Office of the Ombudsman) from above administrative matters.
