Acting on petitioners' motion for reconsideration of the resolution of 5 December 2001 which denied the petition for review on certiorari for failure to sufficiently show that the Court of Appeals committed any reversible error in the questioned judgment, the Court Resolves to DENY the motion with FINALITY, no substantial argument having been adduced to warrant the reconsideration sought.
