The Court RESOLVED to require the parties to manifest, within a non-extendible period of five (5) days from notice, whether they are willing to submit this case for resolution on the basis of the records of the case on file with this Court, or whether they still desire to present further evidence during a formal hearing.

Let a copy of this Resolution be furnished the Judicial and Bar Council for its information and guidance.(Bellosillo, Acting CJ. No part; Davide, Jr., C.J., is on leave.)
