The Court resolved to NOTE the appellant's brief filed by Atty. Manuel A�o, counsel for the accused-appellant Jerry Prudente.Considering that all appellant's briefs (for Ernie Palomo, Rex Padilla, and now Jerry Prudente) have now been filed, the Court RESOLVED to DIRECT the Office of the Solicitor General to file within thirty (30) days from notice a CONSOLIDATED APPELLEE'S BRIEF.(Davide, Jr., C.J., on leave.)
