Bar Matter No. 674(Romulo M. Villa vs. Junel Anthony Ama, Michael Frederick Musngi and Crisanto Saruca, Jr., 1992 Successful Bar Examinees.)
The Petitioner is hereby ORDERED to inform the Court, in writing within ten (10) days from notice hereof, of the status of "PeopleversusMichael Fredrick Musngi, et al. - Criminal Case No. 38340,"For: "SERIOUS PHYSICAL INJURIES," filed with the Metropolitan Trial Court of Kalookan City.
In the meantime, the resolution of the Petition is held in abeyance.
