Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated 3 SEPT 2002.

Bar Matter No. 1132-A(Re: Application to take the 2002 Bar Examinations; Mary Jenny Lou J. Odan, Petitioner.)

In the resolution of August 23, 2002, the Court denied the application of Mary Jenny Lou J. Odan to take the 2002 Bar Examinations due to her failure to comply with Rule 138, �16, requiring attendance in a pre-bar review course in a recognized law school in the case of candidates who have failed to pass the Bar Examinations for three times or more.

For consideration is Ms. Odan's motion for reconsideration of the resolution of August 23, 2002.In her application, Ms. Odan indicated that she was "presently enrolled" in a pre-bar review course. Upon further verification of her application, it now appears that indeed Ms. Odan is enrolled in and attended the 2002 pre-bar review program of the St. Louis University although she failed to submit a certificate of such enrollment and attendance when she filed her application on July 31, 2002 because she had been advised by said school that the certificate would be given only after she had completed the pre-bar review course.Ms. Odan now submits the said certificate, dated August 21, 2002, of completion of enrollment and attendance in the 2002 pre-bar review program by the Dean of the College of Law of St. Louis University.

For the foregoing reasons, the Court, upon the recommendation of the Bar Confidant in her report, dated August 28, 2002, RESOLVED to reconsider its resolution of August 23, 2002 and to allow Ms. Mary Jenny Lou J. Odan UNCONDITIONALLY to take the 2002 Bar Examinations.
