Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated 30 SEP 2002 :

G.R. No. 153802. (Homeowners Savings and Loan Bank v. Miguela C. Dailo).

It appearing that the motion dated 20 June 2002 for extension of time to file petition for review was indeed served on the Court of Appeals by personal service and on respondent by registered mail on 21 June 2002 (see page 7, Rollo), and that the petition for review was filed within the extended period sought, the Court Resolves to ADMIT the petition for review dated 22 July 2002, and REQUIRE respondent to file her comment thereon within ten (10) days from notice hereof.

The Resolution of 17 July 2002 denying petitioner's motion for extension of time to file its petition under Rule 45 of the 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure is SET ASIDE and DISREGARDED.
