Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated MAY 6 2003 .

G.R. No. 157816 (Administrator Francisco C. Nieto, in his capacity as Absolute Co-owner, Senior Heir, Regular Judicial Administrator in Special Proceeding No. 312-B, Branch 15, RTC, Third Judicial Region, etc. vs. Hon. Jose Emmanuel M. Castillo, Presiding Judge, Branch 1, MTCC, 11^th Judicial Region, Davao City in re: Civil Case No. 10-104-A-01, "Florencio V.A. Tan vs. Teodoro Echavez," Hon. Pedro M. Sabundayo, Jr., et al.)

Acting on the special civil Action for prohibition with preliminary injunction, the Court Resolved to DISMISS the petition for failure to state the material dates, showing when the notice of judgment of final order or resolution subject thereof was received, when a motion for reconsideration, if any, was filed, when notice of denial thereof was received, and failure to accompany the petition with a clearly legible duplicate original or certified true copy of the petition or final order or resolution. In any event, the petition will be dismissed for violation of the doctrine of hierarchy of courts.
