PEOPLE vs. DELA CRUZ

Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated SEP 17 2003.

G.R. No. 131035 (People of the Philippines vs. Salvador dela Cruz.)

On February 28, 2003, this Court rendered the judgment affirming the decision appealed from.The appellant filed his Motion for Reconsideration of the said Decision but the same was denied with finality by this Court in its Resolution on June 25, 2003.A copy of the Court's Resolution was sent to the appellant but the same was returned to this Court with a notation on the envelope, "RTS PAROLED 6-12-2003."

In view thereof, the Director of Bureau of Corrections, Muntinlupa, is hereby ordered to FURNISH this court with a certified copy of the Order of the Board of Pardons and Parole granting parole to the appellant within ten (10) days from notice hereof.
