vs. INTERNATIONAL COMMUNICATION
SECOND DIVISION
Gentlemen:
Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this
Court dated
APR 12 2004.
G.R. No. 135992 (Eastern
Telecommunications Philippines, Inc. and
Telecommunications Technologies Philippines, Inc. vs.
International Communication Corporation
.)
RESOLUTION
Considering that in a
Resolution dated
November 17, 2003
, the Court required the National
Telecommunications Commission (NTC) to elevate the records of the above-entitled case; and considering that what was
elevated by the NTC was merely a folder of
photocopies of the pleadings
filed
before and resolutions issued by the Court, and not the original records
of NTC Case No. 96-195, pertaining to respondent
ICC's application for
CPCN to
install, operate and maintain a local telephone exchange network in Manila,
Caloocan and Navotas, and for authority to charge rates therefor, the
Court RESOLVES to require anew the NTC to elevate
to this Court the
entire original
records of NTC Case No. 96-195, within ten (10) days from
notice hereof.
SO ORDERED.
Very truly yours,
(Sgd.) LUDICHI YASAY-NUNAG
Clerk of Court
