Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated AUG 24 2004 .

"G.R. No. 150758 (Veronica Tenebro vs. Court of Appeals, et al.)

Acting on the Motion dated 16 August filed by Leticia Ancajas, praying for the issuance of a hold departure order against Veronico B. Tenebro, the Court Resolved to

(a) GRANT the motion; and

(b) ISSUE a hold departure order against Veronico B. Tenebro to prevent him from leaving the country."

Puno, Panganiban, Sandoval-Gutierrez and Carpio, JJ., abroad on official business.

GREETINGS:

WHEREAS, the Supreme Court, on 24 August 2004, adopted a resolution in the above-entitled case, to wit:

"G.R. No. 150758 (Veronico vs. Court of Appeals, et al.).- Acting on the Motion dated 16 August filed by Leticia Ancajas, praying for the issuance of a hold departure order against Veronico B. Tenebro, the Court Resolved to

(a)���������� GRANT the motion; and

(b)��������� ISSUE a hold departure order against Veronico B. Tenebro to prevent him from leaving the country." Puno, Panganiban, Sandoval-Gutierrez and Carpio, JJ., abroad on official business.

NOW, THEREFORE, effective immediately and continuing until ordered cancelled by this Court, You, Honorable Secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Commissioner of the Bureau of Immigration and Deportation, your agents, representatives, or persons acting in your place or stead, are hereby ORDERED to HOLD the Departure of Mr. Veronico B. Tenebro from the country.

Mr. Veronico B. Tenebro was born on 17 December 1957 in Cebu, with residential address at Sibonga, Cebu.
