RE: AWOL OF MR. NOEL B. BACARRO

Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated AUG 23 2004.

A.M. No. 04-7-183-MTCC (Re: Absence Without Official Leave (AWOL) of Mr. Noel B. Bacarro, Clerk III, MTCC, Office of the Clerk of Court-Cagayan de Oro City.)

In a Letter dated March 4, 2004, the Office of the Court Administrator directed Presiding Judge Isabelo E. Sabanal of the MTCC of Cagayan de Oro City to cause the service of the therein attached letter to Noel B. Bacarro within five (5) days from receipt thereof and to confirm the service of said letter or the reason in case the same cannot be served.

Up to this date, the Court has not received the aforesaid proof of service of the letter to Noel B. Bacarro or the reason why the same has not been served to him if such is the case. Judge Isabelo E. Sabanal is hereby ORDERED to submit to this Court proof of service of the letter of the Office of the Court Administrator to Noel B. Bacarro or the reason in case the same cannot be served within ten (10) days from receipt hereof.

In the meantime, action on the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator dated July 1, 2004, is held in abeyance.
