Gentlemen:
Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated DEC 14 2004.
A.M. No. 2004-13-SC (Re: 2003 Baguio City Summer Session Investigation.)
Acting on the Memorandum of the Office of Administrative Services, the Court Resolved to
(a) REMIND the concerned employees to exercise more vigilance and cautiousness in the submission of official documents, such as, but not limited to, the Liquidation Report, Itinerary of Travel and Certificates of Appearance, with a warning that a repetition of the same or similar act in the future will be dealt with more severely;
(b) DIRECT the concerned employees to retrieve their questionable liquidation reports and correct the same by reflecting the refund of the cost of the tickets in issue; and
(c) CONSIDER this administrative matter CLOSED and TERMINATED.
