The Court Resolved to NOTE the Manifestation of Compliance dated 11 June 2004 filed by Atty. Bernardo D. Calderon, co-counsel for petitioners, with the show cause resolution of 18 May 2004, praying that he be spared from any disciplinary action and from being held in contempt of court and that he be relieved of the necessity to file the required reply as the above-entitled case had already become moot and academic, and ADMONISH Atty.
