G.R. Nos. 119660-61 (Pat. Edgardo Herrera y Valtoribio and Redentor Mariano y Antonio.)

The respondents are directed to inform the Court within TEN (10) DAYS from notice hereof the status of the proceedings in "People vs. Roberto Barrera and Rodolfo Alcalde" before the Sandiganbayan and to furnish the Court within the said period a certified copy of the decision of the Sandiganbayan in said case if such a decision has already been rendered.
