Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JUN 8 2004 .

G.R. No. 130522 (People of the Philippines vs. Rolando Pagdayawon .)

The Court Resolved to NOTE the Letter dated 5 May 2004 of Director Dionisio R. Santiago, Bureau of Corrections, informing the Court that the execution of the death penalty imposed upon prisoner Rolando Pagdayawon y Salabaria, accused in Grim. Case No. 38302-97, was not carried out as scheduled on 21 May 2004 in view of the reprieve granted by Her Excellency, President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, transferring the execution to 19 August 2004.
