Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JUN 8 2004 .

G.R. Nos. 135964-71 (People of the Philippines vs. Juan Manalo y Castor.)

The Court Resolved to NOTE the Letter dated 5 May 2004 of Director Dionisio R. Santiago, Bureau of Corrections, informing the Court that the execution of the death penalty imposed upon prisoner Juan Manalo y Castor, accused in Crim. Cases Nos. 8845 to 8852 was not carried out as scheduled on 12 May 2004 in view of the reprieve granted by Her Excellency, President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, transferring the execution to 10 August 2004.
