Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JUN 1 2004 .

G.R. No. 159705 (em>Buenaventura V. Romero vs. William A. Villare .)

Acting on the Motion for Reconsideration of the resolution of 23 March 2004, dated 16 April 2004 filed by counsel for petitioner, the Court Resolved to

(a) TREAT the said Motion for Reconsideration as a SECOND MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION; and

(b) DENY the said Motion for Reconsideration, considering that a second motion for reconsideration is a prohibited pleading under Rule 52, Section 2 in relation to Rule 56, Section 4,1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, as amended.

In any event, the aforesaid motion for reconsideration would still be denied for lack of merit.
