Gentlemen:
Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JUN 2 2004.
A.C. No. 6139 (Dominador L. Cabanilla vs. Atty. Ana Luz B. Cristal-Tenorio.)
Before this Court is a Letter dated March 24, 2004, of complainant Dominador L. Cabanilla, praying, inter alia.
WHEREFORE, premises considered it is most respectfully prayed the respondent Atty. Ana Luz Cristal-Tenorio be compelled and ordered to pay herein claims of the complainant for the following :
a.� Declaring the Deed of Sale notarized by Atty. Ana Luz Cristal-Tenorio NULL & VOID.
b.� Pay the complainant Php 500,000.00 of moral damages.
c.� Php 100,000.00 as and by way of Attorney's fees.
Considering the nature of the relief requested by the complainant, the Court has no jurisdiction to adjudicate the same. The nullity of the deed of sale and the liability of the respondent for moral damages and attorney's fees should be brought up in an appropriate forum for the purpose and not in this administrative case.
