Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated MAY 31 2004.

G.R. No. 160736 (Air Ads Incorporated vs. Tagum Agricultural Development Corporation [TADECO].)

It appearing that in compliance with the Resolution of January 26, 2004, requiring respondent to file comment on the petition for review on certiorari, Angara Abello Concepcion Regala and Cruz Law Offices filed a comment dated March 12, 2004 for respondent while Dominguez Paderna and Tan Law Offices filed a "Motion to Dispense with Comment of Tagum Agricultural Development Corporation as Third-Party Plaintiff against Pioneer Insurance Corporation" dated March 17, 2004 also on behalf of respondent, the Court Resolves to require respondent Tagum Agricultural Development Corporation itself to MANIFEST which between Angara Abello Concepcion Regala and Cruz Law Offices and Dominguez Paderna and Tan Law Offices is its principal counsel in this case and to INFORM the Court which pleading filed by said law offices shall it be adopting, both within ten (10) days from notice.
